continually work to ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately.
It will help if you have already collected all of the needed information
before you place your order.
If you do not yet have your own IPAD-OS license or would like to purchase
new, completely assembled and tested IPAD-OS products, please visit

The following things are required to complete your order with the IOA.
- Your correct email address and a valid voice phone number
are required for all order processing. We fiercely protect your privacy and
never sell or rent this information to others.
- Your IPAD-OS serial number is required for all upgrade orders.
Please have your serial number ready.
- A current IOA membership is required for all new IPAD orders placed
directly through us and may be added to your order if needed. IOA
membership is not required to buy any IPAD product through our
authorized resellers.
